After paying, send your website details through our request form using the same email as your Stripe receipt, or call (202) 656-4241. Tell us your website address and the service you purchased. Never send passwords or card details through the form. We confirm access, compatibility, the agreed work, and scheduling before starting.
Website review and maintenance apply to supported WordPress sites. Major rebuilds, extensive hacked-site cleanup, custom development, additional pages, paid licenses, and third-party fees are quoted separately. A custom new website beyond the one-page starter needs a quote first.
Repair payments are refundable before work starts. After agreed work is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered; undelivered work is corrected or the undelivered portion refunded. Maintenance cancellation stops future renewals; paid months are not prorated. Read service, billing, cancellation, and refund terms and privacy information.
