USA WEB / SERVICE TERMS

Clear scope. Clear billing.

Effective October 28, 2026. These terms describe USA Web’s repair and maintenance offers. Your written project scope identifies the work you authorize. Review the service and these terms before payment. We confirm access, compatibility and the specific authorized work before starting.

Agree on the work first

Both review offers include a website review and emergency fixes. We identify urgent problems affecting the website, confirm the specific fixes before work begins, back up the site, and test the completed work. Major rebuilds, extensive hacked-site cleanup, custom development, paid licenses and outside services receive a separate quote before that additional work begins.

Repair and maintenance billing

Website Review: $299 once. This does not enroll you in a subscription.

Quick Fix + Maintenance: $49 at checkout, then $99 per month beginning 30 days after enrollment. The $49 covers the website review and agreed emergency fixes. No recurring maintenance charge is due during the first 30 days. After that period, maintenance renews automatically at $99 monthly until canceled. Stripe checkout and subscription details identify your exact first recurring charge date.

Website Maintenance covers scheduled WordPress/theme/plugin updates, configured backups with retention confirmed at onboarding, uptime/security monitoring, and minor edits each month, on a supported website. Access and compatibility are confirmed at onboarding. Monitoring is not a guarantee against incidents. Hosting is included in the separate managed starter offer only, unless your quote says otherwise.

New One-Page Starter: $199 setup today, then $99 per month beginning 30 days after enrollment. This is a separate new-site offer; the $49 review discount does not apply. Checkout shows the initial charge and renewal terms. Cancel future monthly renewals anytime. It includes one page, one revision, a tested inquiry form, mobile layout, and supported hosting/maintenance. You supply the content and images. Extra pages and integrations are separately quoted.

Cancel future renewals anytime

You may cancel future maintenance renewals at any time, including during the first 30 days. Use the customer billing portal supplied with your subscription, or use the request form with your checkout email before the next renewal. Cancellation leaves maintenance available through the end of the current introductory or paid period and stops future renewals. A paid maintenance month is not prorated or refunded merely because you cancel. Canceling does not create a $250 repair-price charge or any other repair-discount clawback.

Repair refunds

A repair payment is fully refundable before work starts. Once the agreed repair is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. If the agreed repair is not delivered, USA Web will correct the issue or refund the undelivered portion. Use the request form with the agreed scope and the issue so it can be reviewed. Additional or different work requires a separate quote. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your site and access

Your supplied content remains yours. Your written project agreement confirms ownership of commissioned work, administrator access, export/transfer arrangements, any transfer costs, and data-retention terms before purchase. Third-party software and assets remain subject to their licenses. A temporary USA Web subdomain remains part of USA Web hosting. Connecting a customer-owned domain requires authorized access and does not recover an old domain, website account or email account. Do not send passwords in ordinary email; arrange access separately.

Payments and contact

Prices are in US dollars. Stripe hosts checkout and processes card/wallet payments. Any applicable amount due and recurring terms must be visible before you authorize payment. An inquiry alone does not create a subscription. No optional marketing enrollment is required to purchase. For scope, billing, cancellation or refund questions, use the request form.
