Privacy and payment information

When you submit a request to USA Web, the information you provide is used to respond to your request and arrange or deliver the agreed services. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers or banking details. An inquiry or purchase alone does not opt you into marketing. If you select optional promotional email permission, we store a pending request and send a confirmation email. Your signup becomes active only after you confirm. We record your email, any optional name and business name you provide, consent wording, dates and source in the USA Web WordPress database. The email signup authorizes email promotions only. An optional phone number on a service request is stored as contact information; it does not authorize marketing calls or texts. Unconfirmed signups are removed after 30 days; consent history and service inquiry records are retained for administration. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in your confirmation email or the contact form.

Stripe hosts payment checkout and processes payment information. USA Web can access the payment, customer and subscription records needed to administer your purchase and billing. See Stripe’s privacy policy for its handling of checkout data. No payment card information should be entered into the request form.

This website uses Google Fonts, so your browser may connect to Google to retrieve font files. See Google’s privacy policy. Hosting and site services may process technical request data for operation and security.
