What does the $299 website review include?
We review your WordPress website, identify emergency issues, agree on the fixes before work begins, back up the site before changes, and test the completed work. Major rebuilds, extensive hacked-site cleanup, custom development, and paid third-party costs are quoted separately.
Why is the maintenance option $49 today?
You save $250 on the initial website review and emergency fixes when you enroll in Website Maintenance: $49 instead of the $299 standalone price. It’s our incentive to keep your site supported as technology and threats evolve, including AI-assisted scams. You pay $49 today; $99/month starts 30 days later. Cancel future renewals anytime, with no $250 clawback. The $250 saving applies to the initial review, not to the monthly maintenance price.
What counts as a minor edit?
Small changes to existing website content, such as updating business hours, replacing a photo, or correcting service text. New pages, redesigns, custom features, and development receive a separate quote. We confirm requests before starting.
When does work start, and what access do you need?
Send your website address and a short description of what needs attention. We confirm availability, the work, price, and authorized access before starting. Please do not send passwords through this form.
Can you build a site if I don’t have one?
Yes. New sites are quoted separately. The managed One-Page Starter is $199 setup, then $99/month starting 30 days later; additional pages and features are quoted first. If you can’t use your old site, we can plan a new one without claiming to recover inaccessible accounts or content.
What if I need to cancel or request a refund?
Repair payments are refundable before work starts. After the agreed repair is delivered, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Undelivered work is corrected or the undelivered portion refunded. Canceling maintenance stops future renewals; paid months are not prorated. Read the service terms.
